그런데 그 중 한 팩의 포장이 뜯겨져 있었어요. 배송대행사에는 보낼 때 문제없음을 확인했다고 했지만 기저귀를 통관하면서 뜯어봤을까요? 어쨌든 관세청에 민원은 넣어놨어요. 관세 및 통관에 관련된 민원을 하시려면 관세고객지원센터에 질문을 올리세요. 주말이 끼지 않는 한 하루 이틀이면 답변을 받을 수 있어요.
그리고 혹시나 하는 마음에 amazon.com에 damaged item으로 리포트를 했답니다 .^^

The diaper package have 2 defect.
1. One box's pack comes to tears of unknown reason. And there has
some small branch. please refer the first image.
2. All pack has more 10 holes in X form. please refer the second
image.
The package has problem, but the diaper has no defect so, I will
using the diaper. But the feeling is not so good. I need your an
appropriate treatment.
