해외쇼핑 영어메일 -ebay에서 낙찰받은 물건 배송 안와서 paypal dispute & 환불

얼마전에 남편 puma cliff navy color 사준다고 ebay에서 낙찰받고 결제한 적이 있었습니다. 그 신발 tracking number를 받았는데 usps에서 조회가 안되는 겁니다. 그래서 seller에게 조회가 안된다고 tracking number 맞는 거냐고 메일을 썼어요. 참고하세요~

I appreciate your product. I have just one question. Whenever I track my parcel, result is this.
Label/Receipt Number: LC21 3140 801U S.
There is no record of this item.
I need your confirmation, the tracking number is right?
그런데 USPS의 서비스에 따라 조회가 되는 게 있고 안되는 게 있다고 해요. 보험에 들어야 조회가 가능하구요, 국내에 들어온 건 epost에서 행방조회 가능합니다. tracking number가 EMS는 E 또는 G로 시작해야 하구요, 국제 소포는 C 또는 V로 시작해야 하구요, 국제 등기는 R 또는 V로 시작해야 합니다. ebay 이용하실 때, 저같은 경우가 없으려면 seller에게 배송추적이 되는 걸로 보내달라고 하셔야 합니다. ^^ 아니면 미국에서 받아서 배송대행 받는 게 추적이 되고 편하지요..
I did not receive yet the puma shoes. Can you tell me that I must wait how many days?
The tracking page display just no record. I wonder that my parcel is where.
너무나 우편물이 안와서 동네 우체부 아저씨한테 물어봤더니 북한으로 갔나~ 하고 놀리셨습니다. 그래서 seller에게 아직 물건 못받았다, 너 월요일까지 대답 안하면 나 페이팔 디스퓻할거다.. 라고 멜 썼습니다.
I did not received the puma shoes. So I will do "Report an Item Not Received" on next monday. Please check the tracking status of parcel.
답변이 없어서 dispute 진행시켰어요..
You didnot reply on my previous mail. The shoes did not come to me. So I feedback now, "Report an Item Not Received" option. And I will do paypal claim.
그랬더니 셀러가 보험에 안들어서 자기도 행방조회가 불가능하다고 refund해줄거라고 했구요 refund 받았답니다.. 남편 그 신발 갖고싶어했는데 못갖게 되어서 너무 아쉬워했어요.
Thanks your refund. If I receive the parcel, sure, I will announce to you. I wonder that the paracel was sent to North korea.. sadly this is a joke, when I asked to postman of my street, he says that.
근데 북한으로 잘 못 가는 경우 많대요.. north africa나..요 -_-;
